Work horse! The best size, color, strength!

I purchased the solid black to carry my piano teaching materials several years ago. I am shopping for another one and hope you will offer the solid colors again that don't show wear and tear on the handles and body when used daily. I like the long handles that fit well over the shoulder with heavy coats in the winter. The height fits all my piano music books!

Not pleased with the new fabric

I will keep the bag. It's still big , strong and well sewn. But I I don't like the new fabric at all. It's sort of silky and not as stiff as previously. I wouldn't describe it as canvas. That sturdy stand-alone stiffness was much better for loading the kind of things we use boat bags for. I wish the listing had informed readers of the change and I hope lands returns to the original fabric.

Always IMPROVE the bags

I bought the 2 bag straps for my all my LE bags, but there are no metal rings on my medium size bags? Also, the inside clip shrunk to little ones?! Please bring the larger ones back, or at least offer options. You’d sell a LOT more bags! Thank you, JLG

Outside pocket tearing away from strap

The outside pocket is tearing away from the strap. I have had this medium canvas tote for 6 months and used it 3 times a week to go to the pool. I only used the outside pocket for my phone and locker lock. The rest of the bag is fine. I am seriously disappointed that Lands' End will not replace a clearly defective bag.

Did they recently change this bag?

I was torn on my review because this was one of my favorite and most functional bags of the year! I ordered one as a gift and I feel like it’s slightly different.. it’s a little bit smaller, straps are slightly shorter, and the tag is not blue anymore. Am I going crazy or is this different?!
