Always IMPROVE the bags

I bought the 2 bag straps for my all my LE bags, but there are no metal rings on my medium size bags? Also, the inside clip shrunk to little ones?! Please bring the larger ones back, or at least offer options. You’d sell a LOT more bags! Thank you, JLG

Outside pocket tearing away from strap

The outside pocket is tearing away from the strap. I have had this medium canvas tote for 6 months and used it 3 times a week to go to the pool. I only used the outside pocket for my phone and locker lock. The rest of the bag is fine. I am seriously disappointed that Lands' End will not replace a clearly defective bag.

Did they recently change this bag?

I was torn on my review because this was one of my favorite and most functional bags of the year! I ordered one as a gift and I feel like it’s slightly different.. it’s a little bit smaller, straps are slightly shorter, and the tag is not blue anymore. Am I going crazy or is this different?!

Amazing

I’m genuinely floored at the quality. I thought it would be like, nice. But this is so thick and fantastic and so cute. love the zipper and all the pockets and key clip. Got to give as a gift and I’m so excited to give it, but now I want one for myself. Seriously the material is so legit i feel like I’d trust it with my life.

Versatile Bag

I carry one of these nearly every day. It goes with me to work to carry my essentials (purse, water bottle, a book, glasses, etc.). Great for road trips to carry the same, plus snacks. I've used it as a gym bag, or for an extra change of clothes, shoes, or a swimsuit, sunscreen and a towel. It's my handy dandy go-to tote. A nice selection of solid or patterned options, zip or open top so I'm always being tempted to buy "one more".
