Men's Knit Briefs 3 Pack
Product details
Web ID: 16486927Sizing for Underwear Briefs Small - got larger
These Lands' Ends Briefs have been my favorites for about three years. I usually buy three 3-packs a year. I just bought my next year's supply but they are noticeably larger than in the past and I have to return them. It is dissapointing that Lands' End would change the size without notifying me on my re-order. The new sizing is uncomfortably large in the crotch. See picture with new brief below and older brief on top. You can see that the new one is about a quarter inch larger on the waist and over an inch longer in the crotch. I would buy again if Lands' End offered a size that matched their former Small size.

Time to try Calvin's?
I've bought these for years, but the quality of this order leaves a lot to be desired.

Needed more so tried the navy. They fit nicely, are all cotton, and wash well in warm water with no shrinkage or dye problems.

Ok underwear
These briefs are very big. I wish Land’s End still offered underwear in exact sizes. Anyway, I usually wear a Large size, However, according to other reviews, they run big, so I ordered Medium size, still too big. Somebody at Salvation Army is going to get some great underwear. The leg openings are so big that my twig and berrys flop around. It’s back to Jockey for mel

Durable
I bought these for my husband right after we got married. They are the only brand he will wear. Thank you for making such a phenomenal product!

Perfect fit if you're fat.
I am not fat, and I have always worn a medium. These are like super baggy saggy on me. It's too bad, but I understand people live in denial and don't want to understand why they need these baggy things or shoes that are extra wide. So what's a person who isn't overweight supposed to do? I've never worn a small size in my life, but it looks like that is where I am headed. Sure ain't goin' to fatville.

Sizing issues and too hot
I wear a size 42 in pants and the XL is too tight in both the waist and length. The XXL, however, is too loose in the waist and length. So if you are my size, you are out of luck. As far as the build- The elastic band does not have much give and is not padded on the inside, making it very uncomfortable. Also, although the fabric soft 100% cotton, it is too thick for a brief and I felt very hot after even a short walk. No one wants a sweaty crotch. The stitching in general seemed to be very high quality.

Used to be better...
The story of Land's End: nearly everything used to be better. Same with these undies. They used waist sizes instead of broad sizes. Now the fabric seems cut shorter, so inside the pants, these ride DOWN your butt and the day is spent constantly pulling them back UP. Annoying as heck. But, sometimes, the color seems to make a difference, but they do not fit as they used to, and that's a shame because we know they could be a LOT better.
