Not a rugby shirt. Thin and has plastic buttons

I bought two “rugby shirts” becaus I wore them back in college and remember their rugged and equally soft texture. What I received is NOT a rugby shirt. They are at least half as thick, thin in fact, and the button are plastic instead of rubber. What happened Lands End?!.! You had the best out their back 30 years ago. I’d be embarrassed to call these rugby and put your l Abel in them. They are nice soft thin long sleeved collared shirts that are flimsily sewn together. Theyd last one maybe two plays in a real match.

NOT the same rugby shirt sold in the 80's

I had 3 or 4 of these in the mid 80's. They were of a solid weight and construction. I received one I ordered recently and was highly disappointed to find that the weight had drastically changed to a thinner fabric and basic features that would NEVER endure a rugby match. I still like the design and color scheme and decided to keep it, but It's sad they seemingly changed the rugged nature of the shirt. Common Lands End, you can do better than that !!! I would even gladly pay more if cost of fabric is the reason for the shift.

A smart rugby shirt!

I bought this shirt for a Christmas present and I like it and I hope the recipient will too! It’s a great colour and more unusual the the striped rugby shirts one sees.

Great shirt, Horrible Colors

I bought one last time around and I love it. I was hoping for another this time, but I would not be caught dead in any of these colors. Can you not have at least one choice of colors that are more traditional.
