No phone communication, no purchase!

I bought this on-line and am very happy with it. But I didn't wanna buy it on-line! I prefer to order by phone but nowadays it's impossible to get through! "Your estimated waiting time is 49 minutes". Why? It's worse than trying to get a doctor's appointment. IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS WAY. Not happy.

Grey Henley shirt

Poor fit around the neck and large size I'm a small and it was very big, had to tumble dry it to shrink the size a bit, still poor fit around the neck. Fabric is nice and nice cuffs on the arms, colour is nice, but the size is the problem Shame they don't do a XS size

Good quality and a comfortable fit.
