3rd party order is a hassle

These fit a lot smaller and were very high rise. When I went to return, it was a huge hassle since Lands end is a third party seller. I had to wait to get a refund for several days versus it just going back to my Macys card.

Macy's used to be so much better!

Disappointed that they sent the wrong size. When I went to Nacy's to exchange for the size I ordered, was told they were third party order so I could not exchange. Had to return for a refund. Shipping took a long time as well.
