Not up to usual standard - disappointing

Over the years I've bought many pairs of Sport Knit Straight Leg Trousers; they're my everyday wear and are so comfortable. Both these pairs, however, were too long and the waistband elastic felt slack. I returned them.

Pants run large!

Sizing is not consistent. The tags on the different colors I ordered say they were made in different countries. The pair made in one country was too big, the ones made in the other country were absolutely huge!

Love these trousers

A HUGE disappointment

I have been a Lands End customer for about 40 years. Over that time, the worst thing I have experienced is fit…because I am a pear shape and many of the button up shirts, coats and dresses just weren’t cut for me. However, of late I have found the quality of the material is not what it used to be. Guess that is a form of shrinkflation. But, these pants are a whole other level of disappointing quality. I bought a size that should have been, and in fact I expected to be, maybe a little snug. Well - not.at.all. They are clownishly big. I’m not sure going down a size would help because the fabric is so poor they would never hang right. I gave 2 stars because the quality of construction is fine and the color is accurate. Otherwise, I would have given no stars,

Material not as good as other colour.

I purchased this navy pair at the same time I ordered a black pair, but the navy pair were made of a poorer quality material and were very oversized compared to the black pair, so I am returning the navy pair. I have a pair in denim, which you no longer supply, such a shame as these have been a great fit and wash well.

Bought it for the dark brown color

These pants are the worse I have seen. I usually get the Starfish straight leg but you didn't have Starfish in dark brown (even tho I have requested many many times.) These sport knit pants feel cheap, look cheap and are cheap. Too much material in the in the groin. The review stated the slacks sit at the waist but are actually under the bra.

Need Petite Plus sizes back

I have owned sports knit pants for over 10 years and loved them. They were fabulous plane clothes and tourist ware as well as wearing out in my community. But my current ones are wearing out and getting holes so I ordered new ones. The material is slightly different, more professional and less sweatpants, but the comfort is still there and these would fit better in a casual professional setting. Unfortunately, they have done away with the plus petite sizes that fit me best and their plus sizes are way too long for my 5'1 1/2" body. As a result, I had to return the new pants, since we all know that trying to hem knits is next to impossible.
