LOTTA SPARKLE!

This backpack is more sparkly than it looks online, which the recipient LOVED! Looks great with the monogram, and I hope she will use it for many years.

Sturdy!

Bought one last year for my 3rd grade granddaughter and she loved it so got another different color this year. Well made and lasted being dragged, thrown and pulled on.

Always an excellent choice!

We come back year after year to Lands End for the perfect backpack. Both of my kids have their favorite styles. My middle schooler is still able to easily use the Large size.

Lands’ End needs to fix this issue!

I love the variety of prints and so does my daughter, but I have the same complaint as a bunch of the other reviews…the main zipper didn’t even last the full school year! It started off with splitting and today one side of one of the pull tabs detached itself. My daughter is really upset about it because she loves her backpack, but I’ll have to start looking for a replacement for September because this isn’t it. Her first Lands’ End backpack lasted her 4 years and we only replaced it because she needed a larger one. Seems to me that the larger bags are just a large disappointment…wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Straps breaking after only 60 days of school

I bought this for my kindergartener who carries a folder, water bottle and a light sweatshirt in it. Just noticed today the one strap is coming apart at the seams. My child has only had about 60 days of school and hardly any weight in it and it is ripping. I expected better from Land’s End. I had been hoping to be able to use the backpack for more than one year considering he isn’t carrying textbooks and it sits in a cubby all day. Now I am hoping to get one year out of it.

Cute backpacks, poor construction

My son loves these designs, but the backpacks and not high quality. We've bought 2 and both times the zipper has broken within days to months of use. Landsend has been great about refunding/replacing, but its not worth it to go through the hassle repeatedly.
