Not as Plush as Expected

These towels were not as plush or as soft as I expected. I have read that Turkish cotton towels can be soaked in water for 12-24 hours so the fibers become fuller/softer. But, I have purchased other Turkish cotton towels from Macy's in the past that were softer and fuller without pre-soaking in water. I returned to Macy's.
