Tough as nails

Love this bag. You can really beat it up and it just keeps going. Needs two additional features to bring it to the next level: a loop handle on top of the flap and a zipper or snaps to close the top securely and keep the contents from spilling out. That would make this a 5 star review.

Great bag, great price

I bought this and I was super impressed with the build quality and style. Its casual but also elegant enough to be professional. Enough space for a laptop and notebook, and some accessories without being to bulky

Light weight yet sturdy

Everything fits well, it is comfortable to carry and is a stylish bag. I wish it had loops to hold pens, not thrilled with using the zipper pocket. I travel for work and overall am very happy with the bag.

Needs redesigned

I received this so called waxed canvas bag for a Christmas gift. At first glance it looks good,but upon close inspection I doubt that the canvas is waxed it is way too supple. I am thinking it is probably sprayed with a scotch guard or similar product. It does shed most water but about 10% immediately Absorbed into the fabric.The flap does not completely cover the top of the bag about two inches are exposed on each end allowing rain to flood into your bag like a water trap! Don't get caught in a rain storm with it! I feel that the strap should be an inch wider for comfort and better padding on shoulder pad would be nice. But it is a good looking bag, and the stitching is good. I will wax the bag myself insuring that it will be water resistant. I would not purchase this bag,but since it is a gift I will keep it.

I love this bag! Holds lots of stuff!

This bag replaced an old Land's End bag I gave to an old Navy buddy of mine. Land's End quality is always spot on and the details are amazing! Of course I had to get mine monogrammed!
