Received a man’s shirt instead the woman’s pants

Received the wrong item. Instead of the pants I was sent a man’s shirt. When I tried to let them know of the mistake, and that I didn’t receive my order, they kept on saying, your order was delivered. I don’t have a Christmas gift anymore. I will never order from macys again, and the shirt came straight from lands end, so Macy’s refers me to lands end. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!!
