Dress was returned to Macy online order department yet i never received a refund i actually had to pay for a dress i could not wear and do not have i will never order from Lands end or from Macys online store again i will probably never use the card again. Poor customer service

Black dress

Loved the dress. I’m usually a Medium but didn’t realize that would be 10-12. I wanted 8-10. It was a little big but I still loved it.
