Complaint

The merchandise was ordered on July 9 and till now it’s lying at the local ups store and not been delivered yet. I spoke to Macys manager (whoever is responsible for this) told me that they have to wait for 11 days to file a claim so that means I will not get my money back until then and product is also in the local ups store. I mean there should be someway shipper can coordinate with the ups and see why there is a delay. In short not a good experience and the Macy manager was not at all helpful.

A fine thicker-gauge sweater

Nicely made and can’t go wrong with basic black . Lands End consistently has quality, affordable goods. I like to pair this cardigan with polo shirts and jeans for work.

Not too heavy feeling, just right for cool days!
