Heartbreaker :(

What can I say? I was thrilled to get THIS jacket in THAT absolutely gorgeous balsam color! It all came crashing down when the sleeves were way too long. The medium size jacket sleeves came down to the bottom of my fingers! This is not a jacket in which I could turn the excess into a cuff — no way. It’s most unfortunate that I have no alternative but to return it to you. Please bring it back next year with less sleeves AND keep the exact color FOREVER!
