Love the hat - needs better shipping

I really like this hat, but it was totally squashed in the shipping (in an envelope instead of a box) and will likely never be completely "uncrushed," There's a dent in the crown of the hat, and the brim is a little askew, despite my best efforts to smooth out both. It's still definitely a keeper - just wish it had been packed carefully for shipping.

Stylish and protective

This was my first hat purchase to protect my skin from the Texas sun. I’m normally more of a ball cap person but after a lifetime of our summers here, I learned that those didn’t fully protect my face. Not only is this hat cute, it perfectly covers my face from the sun. It can be somewhat fitted by an inside draw string. I’m very pleased with how it fits and that it’s comfortable and cute.

Terrible attempt to pack

I can’t believe it wasn’t sent in a box. It was sent in a bag and it was all crumbled up really bad. I tried to get the folds to flatten out but it was no use. They say you can fold the hat, but no way after it was bent u terribly in the bag it came in. I’m giving them one more try to send it properly in a BOX! I hope you get this message, or it will be returned again.
