Nice fit and coverage

I bought these swim shorts earlier this month and they are great. The only thing I don't like about them is they stay very wet for a long time. Got them on a wonderful sale, as it appears they are being discontinued. This is disappointing, as they are a great option if you want a more fitted and concealing swim bottom, but don't want a swim skirt or a brief. Great coverage and fit.

Bad guidance on fit

The sizing for these is very wrong. I got them in XS because that's my size according to the size chart. I could get into them, but the fit was terrible unless you want to look like a sausage. I'd say the fit would be good for an 8 year old, not an adult. I couldn't return them. I can't even imagine the next size up fitting properly. I'm disappointed in Landsend. I got some great swim/fitness/sun shirts in the same size and the fit was perfect. Not tight, but not loose.

There is no inner panty, which other similar swim shorts have. I find it very uncomfortable.

The short legging swim trunk was perfect for what I was looking for. The fit and and comfort was perfect. I recommend this highly.

Awful fading

These shorts fade AWFUL! Faded terrible after just wearing them one time. Now it looks like I have a giant white skid mark down my backside. And, it’s not just isolated to one pair, I bought several colors and they’re all doing the same thing. Not an advertised. Do better! You can see from all the reviews that this is not a one off problem.

Perfect for Me

I have purchased 3 pairs of these to use for water aerobics classes. I pair them with the rash guards to minimize my chance of getting sunburned while being active. I like the combo because I can leave the house and not have to change at the pool. These provide me with coverage and comfort that stays in place through water jumps, walking and kicks. If you are someone that spends time in the water regularly these are a great option.

Please bring back!

I have bought these over the years and have a small collection. I don't tend to use them for swimming in chlorinated pools very often and have never put them in a dryer - I have little to no fading problems and wear them as shorts for all occasions - especially since moving to Florida. The only complaints I see in the comments are the fading from chlorine. Maybe don't advertise them as chlorine resistant and just as a good "bicycle short" as they are great for everything else just as they are. You have not had the Med or Large for many months. Please get more in stock - solids and prints - I love both and I would love to get some more! I see others would like the same!
