Less than one star

I bought this jacket last year and wore it about 10 times. Washed it in gentle cycle with just a few other things and not only did the hem open up at one point, the cotton lining bunched up and now the coat is all lumpy and I can't wear it like that. Extremely unhappy with the jacket.

I’m so sorry to hear that happened — that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. With such light wear and proper washing, the hem shouldn’t open and the lining shouldn’t bunch up like that. Great lightweight jacket

I bought this because I wanted a lightweight, warm, packable down alternative jacket (I'm allergic) and it fits the bill perfectly. It fits close to the body & is very flattering, but it isn't tight or constricting. I love the red color! The only thing I would change is to make the sleeves longer -- there's a gap between my gloves & the sleeve bottom. I'll just get longer gloves!

Was flabbergasted at how big the size large was. It was so long it nearly touched my knees. Horribly long sleeves. Was this supposed to be labeled as Tall?

Comfy and fits well

Comfy and fits well (5’0” 120lbs). Zipper gets a little stuck when trying to zip but maybe that’s just this one coat. Love the zip pockets and there are 2 inside pockets!

Lost Item

This item never showed up to my address. When I called Macy’s to inquire and request the item to be sent out again they said they couldn’t send it because it was a Lands End item. That’s odd they were able to send it the first time! Lands End overnighted it to me and did not charge delivery fees. Next time I’ll skip Macy’s.

A bit stiff

I sized up to get more hip room and the shoulders are really broad. I hope washing will soften the material and make me look less like a football tackle.
