What to do?

I do love this coat. However the zipper sucks. I got it last year and I was thinking the zipper would eventually find its way. Second year today, took 5 minutes to try to zipper it. I just tossed the coat to the floor in the corner. For the money, and LE, I expect better. I don’t know what to do. Keep or trash?

Well made coat

I bought this red women's insulated wool coat to wear for the winter. It arrived quickly, I tried it on and it fits great, can't wait to wear it in the winter. I ordered the size that I feel is true to size. There is a generous amount of body room and the zipper unzips from the bottom for sitting easily without hiking it up.

Good Quality, Bad Fit

I really wanted to like this. First of all, it arrived a wrinkled mess. I would have had to taken it to be professionally pressed. Secondly, the fit didn’t work. I am between a 6P and an 8P (chest 36c). I went with the medium even though I knew the small would have been more flattering, and the fit was not good. The shoulders were wide. The sleeves were a bit tight for layering. The zipper was questionable. My search continues.

The perfect wool coat

I’ve been searching for a nice red winter coat and this one was perfect! True rich red color, beautifully made with a warm quilted lining. True to size, size small fits perfect, 5’7 132lbs.

Beautiful three quarter length coat!

This coat is exactly what I was looking for.  It is beautifully made and classy looking.  A great length & works well in casual as well as dressy situations.  .

Disappointed

Horrible. Tried 2 different sizes, both had uncomfortably shirt and tight sleeved. Very disappointing as Lands End sizes have been true to size and provided excellent fit for decades.

Attractive and stylish

I am generally quite pleased wwith this purchase. It is a true red and a stylish cut. The wool is not overly stiff. I gave it 4 out of 5 because it doesn't tend to release wrinkles.
