How can you send me a review on something that hasn’t even been delivered yet! This is crazy!

Never received

Unfortunately, I never received this item. It was reported as delivered but I only received my other item from Land's End from the date/time delivery was reported. After contacting customer service and getting a response from Land's End, repeating what I already knew, they never resolved my issue, I've never had this happen before and will be wary of ordering anything else from the Land's End line.

The top runs very large. The color looked washed out, not a true navy. Returned.
