Great if you don't have a big chest

First, the dress is cute and the fabric is heavy, but it's also linen. But I'm not sure what's going on with Lands' End sizing. Admittedly, I haven't bought Lands' End in a few years, but needed some new summer dresses, and this was always my go to place for comfy summer dresses. I ordered an XL like I've always done, and I could barely get the top over my chest -- and when I did, it flattened out my boobs. That's a nice look! :/ And from the waist down looked like a maternity dress. I would try the Large so it would fit better on the bottom, but I already know it wouldn't fit my top half.

cute but…

I bought this in the pink, media stripe and tropical green versions. Cute dress but: 1. The top is TIGHT and i dont have a big chest. 2. The skirt waist area is voluminous. 3. Somebody please tell me what bra you are supposed to wear with this??? Would have much easier if the back had more coverage, like a similar cut to the front. Now I have to try to find some new bra that magically miraculously works with a halter front and low back.

I bought a large in the stripes dress because I got scared a medium would be too small for my chest based on other reviews… but large was too big so will be returning for my true size.

Runs large

Very cute dress but at 5'2, 115lb the Petite XS was still quite a bit too large for me - I'm not that tiny!

I really wanted to like this dress...

Although the fabric is linen, it is so heavy I can't imagine it is going to be comfortable in hot weather. Also, if you have a bosom, the fit is really strange. Squashed me flat and the weight pulled the whole dress down. Had to return it.

Heavy linen fabric

I was wanting a light weight linen dress for the hot days ahead and this missed the mark completely. The fabric is a very heavy weight linen and heavy on the body which also creates excessive bulk at the waist line. I am returning.

The perfect midi dress

I bought this dress last summer and it's my go-to for warm dinners out or dressy events. It's feminine, flattering and I always get lots of compliments when I wear it! My favorite part? It has pockets!!
