Help with a return

Help with a return please. We need 1 size larger on the PJ top & bottom. She states we need the plastic bags which got tossed in the Christmas chaos. Can we do a return w/o the bags? Please advise.

Super soft and beautiful colors. I gave this to my 88 year old mom for Christmas and she loves it so much she is wearing it out with jeans! LOL

Returned due to poor flannel quality

The quality is not the same. I returned the pants and the top. The flannel is no longer thick as it was in 2023. The flannel was thin and a loose weave materiel.

Snuggly warm

Great PJ’s!

My husband says I look like a tablecloth but I like them. I wish the petite sizes had shorter lengths, especially for the legs. I have to roll up the sleeves and the pants.
