Too large and clumsy

This is a good sweater jacket I would say, however the size runs way to large , especially sleeves. I ordered “S” , the item says US 2-4 but sleeves are too large so even fold to get fit.

Lands End Womens Long Sleeve Textured Pique Cardig

This sweater, which I thought could sub as a blazer fits very large. I feel it is much too casual for what I wanted it for. I can still wear it to work when things are cold and I need an extra layer, but it was not the product I expected.
