Exceptional coat
Love this coat! I needed something below the knees and this coat is the winner! I’m never cold in it, yet it’s very lightweight. Pockets are deep end to hold mittens and a cellphone. The hood zips up to cover the chin, which means the hood doesn’t blow off! So glad I made this purchase!

Prettier colors needed!
I bought Petite XS coat in the fall. Its the perfect length. When I walk it covers my knees and feels really warm. The fit is tighter than my old down coat purchased about 20 years ago and still in excellent condition. When driving, the lower two way zipper, works very well. Would have loved to see a rich emerald green, a real purple or a beautiful red or even a sage green, not the dull, brown looking burgundy color which I returned in favor of the navy. one. Also the style needs zippered, deep side pockets, as I hesitate to use the front pockets as it might make the coat appear bulky. Looking forward to purchasing another one in a similar style. Again the length is the perfect for walking as knee coverage is what I want, not a coat at my ankles.

Nice and warm
After I bought this coat, we had record cold in the area. The coat was very warm. The zipper was easy to use. If I would have one correction it would be to have an inside pocket.

Zipper is awful. Returning.
Loved this product at first. But the zipper was a total pain. Almost embarrassing how many times I try to zip and gave up entirely (especially in front of people). It is a two way zip but I’ve never had this much trouble with this type of zipper on other brands. For the price you’re paying, you want good quality. Unfortunately this is not it.

Good coat
I bought this coat because of its length, feather free, hood, pockets and warmth rating. It is rated as warmest -13 degrees to 18 degrees. This rating is correct ONLY if you are wearing several layers underneath. Coat alone with one layer it is comfortable at 30 or above with sun and light wind. Sleeves would be better with a cuff inside or if they had adjustable closer. I don’t like double zippers but know they are usually on long coats. Thankfully, this is the first coat that they line up easily and don’t jam. Purchased on sale. Happy with that price, wouldn’t pay full price for it.

Good quality, but finicky zipper
Coat just arrived and was surprised how dark the plum is. Was hoping the negative reviews about the zipper being difficult had been worked out. Not so. Very finicky. Have to sit down in order to align the 2 zippers correctly which is not always convenient. Quality of the coat is great and fits well. I usually order petite but wasn't available, so I ordered regular size in M. sleeve length was perfect as was hem. I'm 5'4", 135lb

Missing features for seriously cold, windy weather
While the longer length and various comments on temperature rating got me to order it, this coat was not "the one" for me and will be returned (I am keeping an Expedition Parka instead). The lack of adjustable cuffs, waist and over-closure for zipper didn't give me hope for enough wind-blocking / air-flow control, needed for true warmth in seriously cold weather. Fit was true to size and its lighter weight would make hanging/storing/wearing this coat easier than cloth/down.

Temperature rating a bit exaggerated
Really like the styling. I got a tall for a little extra length. However, it is 15° today where I am, with a "real feel"of 6°, and the coat isn't really equal to the task. Maybe if I also wore a thick wool sweater? So the -13° rating seems pretty farfetched.
