Received jacket that's been used before

I received a jacket that has NO TAGS NOR LABELS, and the liner fabric looks worn and is PILLED. The jacket looks like it has been used. I initiated a complaint and a return on Oct 31 by phone, and Macy's representative told me that I would receive a response within 5 working days, but did not receive a confirmation by email from Macys. Please let me know what's going on, I am a long-time Macys customer and would hate to stop buying your clothes.

Logo on sleeve

The jacket was a perfect fit and I loved it as it was perfect for my dressier pants as well as for every day. But why did I return it. They put the Lands End logo on the sleeve. Had a couple friends over when it arrived and they also couldn't believe the logo was on the sleeve. This will be the third Lands End I have returned in a few month.
