Slim fit problem.

I bought this last year and a shorter version the year before. I love the weight of it. I had to choose between a petite medium and petite large. Large was too big through the shoulders and bust. The medium was a little better fit, although it was snug around the waste and hips. I am 4’10”, and thicker around the middle. I wish Lands End would take into account that some customers don’t have slim figures, but have post menopausal bodies. A couple more inches in the waist and hips would make this jacket perfect, at least for this short lady.

Nice jacket

The jacket is light to wear but warm for the weight, and a very flattering fit. The burgundy colour is lovely and at 5' the petite was the perfect size. I don't think it's great value though - for the price, I would have expected an inside pocket. It's not been worn in rain yet so can't comment on the water resistance.

Love the style!

I love this jacket! It’s just the right weight and length. I have it in black and an evergreen color. I’m hoping bring back the dusk gray in a petite medium? I’m waiting and watching to be able to grab it if and when you have it back in stock.

Love everything about this jacket.

I have not yet worn this coat as I purchased it specifically for a holiday. I got it at a reduced price not expecting too much. However, am absolutely delighted with it. It looks good, fits me perfectly, and really does pack into a small size, ideal for travelling. Only colour available in my size was mauve but it is really nice and I love it. Can’t wait to wear it. Very lightweight but hopefully it will be warm. I like that it has elasticated cuff. It looks well made. I think it will be perfect for my holiday.

Light as a Feather

If I could give it 6 stars I would. It's super light which is brilliant when you are weight limited on light aircraft. Really warm and just the right colour for the great outdoors. Good length for a 5'2"er

Great fit and comfort!

I love this jacket! The fit is flattering and the jacket is long enough to provide great coverage. I haven’t been able to try it in cold weather yet but am looking forward to this jacket being my go-to for fall and winter travel.

I love this jacket. I have the mid thigh length also. The medium petite fits me perfectly. I’m 5 foot 3 and 130 pounds. The jacket is warm with a sweater layer underneath. The jacket length is so nice. Very comfortable.
