No label tag with price on it

I was really excited to wear this dress. When I received the package I opened it and when I opened the dress there was no tag on it. Looks like somebody worn it. Secondly, I ordered large but it was way too large for me. Now I have to return it and I hope since there was no label Macys don’t act up saying we can’t take it back.
