Return Process

I bought these pants through Macy’s on the Macy’s website. They took awhile to arrive and I returned them. At a Macys store. Since they were lands end product I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I bought lands end products from Macys before and never had this delay in having my account credited for the merchandise before. The message said it will take an additional 7 to ten days for my account to be credited. I feel Macys should have credited my account when I returned the merchandise to them. I will never buy lands end merchandise through Macys again.

Be Careful

I thought I had ordered a size 31 regular. Normally a size 12. Received a 10 petite. Must return. Fabric and design seemed fine. Expected the 27.5 inch inseam in my size. The petite measured 24.5 inches on the petite received not 25. The landsend website shows different sizing options than listed on the Macy's website site. Not happy about this order.
