Disappointed

I am so disappointed in this top. I bought it to match the vest I also purchased at the same time. I laundered it in cold water and dried it on cool. It shrunk up at least three inches in length, and the sleeves shrunk about two inches. It is now unwearable for me. How disappointing! Now I have a vest with no mock turtleneck to match.

Stretched out badly

These turtlenecks stretch out at the neck, all 4 of mine are unwearable. The ones I bought for a friend have done the same thing.

Does not fit to size

I bought 3 other medium mock turtlenecks with this one. This one did not fit like the others. The arms were tight and it fit much too tight as if it was a small. I washed it, so I'm out of luck returning it.

mock neck tight

I like that the mock neck was a cotton blend, hoping it would be more stretchy. Alas it is NOT. Still a hard tug over my head.

Excellent product!

I really wear petites BUT sometimes I like a longer and more relaxed fit so I buy a tall next size up. That way I'm not concerned about shrinkage after wearing and washing a zillion times. I don't have time and space to "wash cold and dry flat" (it will need pressing if no dryer involved). The colors fade a bit over time, I don't care. I love these mock tees, I've owned several, they are my "go to" on many days for comfort, style and multiple functions. Lands End - don't ever stop THIS product.

Please switch back

I’ve been buying Land’s End mock turtlenecks for 20 years. These are TERRIBLE! Relaxed—definitely not. I can barely fit it over my head. The neck is like wearing a neck brace. Body is snug but wearable. Much lighter weight than in the past. I keep hoping they’ll switch them back

Terrible fabric

I bought 3 of these mock t-necks in different colors. After opening the 1st one & feeling the fabric, I didn't even bother opening the other two. This fabric is very odd. It's very thin, very stretchy, and nothing that, to me, even resembles a cotton top. Lands End cotton products have declined in thickness & quality over the years, but this is the final purchase for me. I have returned all 3, and reached the end of the line in terms of trusting the company.

Tight Head/Neck - Don’t Wreck Your Hair & Makeup

I bought the black tee. It was a little too large & thin. The head/neck opening was very tight. I have a small head. I wore a net cover over my face just in case while trying it on. Otherwise I would have gotten makeup all over the tee. And it totally wrecked my hairstyle. Nope.
