Great rain jacket
When I first tried this jacket on I thought I would send it back because it felt a bit too small and I couldn't easily do up the zip. Now really pleased I kept it, it is just the right size and allows a thick jumper underneath. I can now do the zip up easily, I am not sure if this is because I have learnt how to do it or that the zip has altered somehow to allow itself to be done up. The coat is a nice length and so far has proven to be waterproof (we've had lots of rain recently) The colour wasn't my first choice (blue) but I now like it.

Relly nice raincoat
I really like this ,raincoat, it is a good length and fits well. I take a 12 but ordered a 14-16 so as to fit over winter jumpers - and it does. The only minus point is the zip is tricky to fasten, I hope it will get better with practice.

Very good coat
The coat appears well made, comfortable, sturdy and generally easily fit for purpose. The hood is comfortably large and provides good protection from the rain. The double-zip fastening is fiddly, as others commented, which I was concerned about, and truthfully it is rather fiddly. However, there is just a simple knack to it, which only took me a couple of minutes and tries to fathom. You just click the two 'receiving' end fasteners together carefully and hold them firmly while inserting the other half of the zipper and it works fine. The pockets are capacious, although not fitted on the slant, which means you can't keep your hands in them while walking if it is chilly. The fit overall is very generous and in fact I wish I'd bought a size smaller.

Great jacket
Bought in the sale, was looking for a waterproof jacket that wasn't flimsy or bulky. This one fitted the bill. Had a colour that I liked in my size at a good discount. The fit is just as expected, sleeves long enough without drowning me. It looks good on and is comfortable to wear. The 2-way zip is really handy when driving or sitting down. A word on the zip. I read reviews before buying that said the zip is really difficult. It isn't. If you wear outdoor/performance jackets it's just the same. If you don't, just practice on the hanger first and you'll get it right. Very pleased with it overall.

Practical rain coat let down by fiddly zip
A quality coat with lots of pockets and so far waterproof and windproof, although I haven't worn it in prolonged heavy rain yet. The hood is also good and stays up on its own when the neck is zipped. Size-wise I thought it might be slightly more generous so I'd advise sizing up if you want extra room for layering. The only minor disappointments are the colour - a dull almost purplish navy not reminiscent of deep seas unfortunately - and the fiddly zip. I've used many double-ended zips before but none as temperamental as this one. There is a definite knack to it. So nearly 5* but not quite.

Love the hood adjustments
I did purchase the light blue version colour but it did not suit. I have subsequently changed it for the navy and am very happy with it.
