Not what I expected

I wear a LOT of Land's End - a lot - and have always been impressed by the consistent sizing. I do rely on reviews for fit and fabric advice. I bought 5 of these tops and vests in my usual size and I am really disappointed. They run really big (I am a consistent L on Land's End and between L and XL elsewhere), the fit is boxy and the material is stiff. They look nothing like the picture. I washed them hoping they would shrink and soften up but they did not. I would not buy these again and do not recommend them.

Returned. Fit is just off.

Tried it on. Under arm feels bulgy and not comfortable. Rest of the top is fine.

Perfect to wear on chilly spring morning walks!

Loved the olive green one so much, decided to also purchase the gray one as well. Very comfortable to wear and well made.

Versatile, useful, and looks good

Perfect for cross-country skiing with a base mock-neck in warmish weather. Love the ‘Lucky Strikes’ zippered arm pocket. I am 5’2, 132 lbs. After washing/drying, the sz large fits torso well with room, but the hem lands at the widest area of my hip (not flattering), and I have to fold up the sleeves. A Petite would be perfect.
