Used. Full of hairs.

The dress was received looking used. There were hairs stuck to the packaging and also within the packaging. They were stuck in the dress itself within the sequins and fabric. This does not come from someone trying on a dress. This dress was used and returned. The seller did not check it for quality before sending it to someone else. The seller also had horrible customer service for this issue. This dress was too expensive for such a horrible product and bad customer service.
