Great Purchase

Canceled order but charged anyway

Funny how they let me write a review for a product I canceled and didn't receive, but was charged for it. I canceled order within seconds and still got charged, now they say I have to wait 10 days for the refund. A refund for an order I should not have even been charged for. Be very careful with Macy's. Customer service was not helpful

Country blue quilt

I bought a king size for my queen so it’s long enough and then I bought two standard shams. The shams don’t come with the quilt wash them all first because it’s a bit dusty! But I love the color and the feel of cotton. I put a down comforter underneath it for winter

Refused to replace or credit

I ordered a comforter and shams. I received the comforter but did not receive the shams. I requested replacements and Macy’s replied that No replacements or credit would be approved. What the heck? I thought I was purchasing from a reputable retailer! I followed up with pictures of what I received with packaging and had no response from Macy’s. I can stop payment on my credit card but I really don’t want the comforter either without the shams to make the bed look nice. What a pain.
