It smells bad

I bought this in March and since it's Christmas I hadn't even opened it. And this Christmas I wanted to use it and or surprise when I opened it it had such a bad smell of chemicals, I already washed it and the horrible smell does not go away. What can I do or what do you recommend me to do?

Chemical smell

I was really excited about this bed sheet, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. As soon as I took it out of the package, it had a strong chemical smell. I thought maybe a wash or two would do the trick, but no matter how many times I washed it, the smell didn’t go away. To make things worse, the return window had already closed by the time I realized it wasn’t going to work. Now I’m left with a sheet I can’t use. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this product

Don't care for the texture of these sheets. They are not soft. Also they had a funny odor when I washed them.

Bad quality

Sheets were on sale and are comfortable although a little rough in texture. Store service was poor as I could not find a staff person to man the checkout
