Rich Looking Beauty

Disappointed

This pillow should not have been available for sale. It has a stain on it and a lot of the bead had either fallen off or are falling off. The pillow was not wrapped - it was just put in the box. I'm disappointed with the quality of pillow especially when a stock photo is used and the product should have been damaged out - not held for sale.

Had item when ordered but not at fulfillment.

Ordered 2 pillows but was sent different colors. Can’t order any more of the correct color and Macy’s chat box and “live” person gave runaround. Macy’s mistake and wants to charge me for return that is their fulfillment mistake
