Stains product

I understand that this item was marked as “last act,” and that usually means it can’t be returned. However, I received it with visible stains/defects, which suggests it wasn’t in new condition when sold. Even if returns aren’t allowed for last act items, I believe it’s reasonable to request an exchange for the same product in proper new condition (without stains or defects). Could you please help me with.

Very Comfortable. Light Weight but Warm

Love this. Very comfortable for me as light weight and perfect warmth for me. I get cramps in my toes and feet. This comforter helps that because it does not have much weight so it does not pull on my toes and feet. I also have problems getting too hot in bed. The warmth is perfect for me. Love the white color.

Regret

I truly regret ordering this comforter! It came out of the dryer looking terrible! The inside is all wadded up and it looks nothing like the picture on the website. The tag says polyester and nothing about organic cotton. Very disappointing
