Bad quality

Washed the comforter as shown on the tag and the comforter is ruined. The stuffing inside lumped together. I tried to return it to Macy’s because of it and they won’t accept returns because it was a last call item. No where did it state on the shipping & returns description under the item no returns accepted. Even after screenshots to show it doesn’t state no returns to Macy’s still was denied my money back.
