Brilliant Pigment Eyeshadow
This is a loose pigment eyeshadow. MAC has a very good selection of pigments in exceptional colors. It can be tricky to work with but using glue or a primer helps it stay on the lid..it gives a very dramatic look. This color is especially flattering. It’s great for special occasions. It stays on with the primer. I really like the color and the overall effect.

Holiday Ready, Rose Dabbed On Top Rebel and Diva MAC Lipstic
I'm kind of obsessed with this combo. MAC lipstick in Rebel and Diva, with their loose shimmer pigment in Rose dabbed on top. Wore this through the winter months as my alternative to classic red lip for the holidays. I'm in love.

Red tone, like the shimmer
This product has a beautiful shimmer to it, but it has a strong red tone on my very light skin. On different skin tones, it may look more brown or blue. I'm returning this since I was hoping for more of a brown tone.

Container too small 4 brushes!
Usually MAC cosmetics hits it completely out of the park with their packaging but not this time! The container for this amazing makeup has an opening too small for your eyeshadow brush to fit in! So either switch to that old-school spongy kind which we all hate or dump out this make up each time you use it. The old size of the container was a bit large but if they would use that container with just half the height it would be ideal and a lot better than the current packaging

I have been a fan of MAC's pigment since the 1990s. It might be the best product out there you can apply as eye shadow. I have tried similar products in other brands over the years, but only MAC's pigment stays on. You can apply MAC's pigment dry or wet with both fine rushes for details or fat brushes for lightly powdering your face amd body. While Vanilla (a pale gold color, kind of off-white) is my must-have for making the lids pop and dusting the face to give your complex a magical glimmer,other pigments are fun too! I wear NC30 MAC concealer, have yellow skin, dark brown eyes, and dark golden brown hair. That said, I and had a surprising experience with MAC's Blue Browm pigment. From the photos and description, I was expecting to get a Blue or Brown color. Not quite. In my eye lid creases, the Blue Brown pigment appeared RED. On the back of my hand, which I used as my artist palate, the Blue Brown pigment appeared more blue and brown. I like the way it looks as eye make-up, even though the blue and brown don't show up as much as red hues in my crease or on my brow bone. It still looks good, so I am happy.
