Age range way off

My son received this as a gift. It’s a cute concept, but why have the age limit 9-36 if babies are trying to pull up and stand from 9 months. The toy has tumbled over many times, making it unsafe for baby to occupy by himself. Age range definitely needs to be over 18 months that way babies are standing on their own.
