Late return because of fraud charges, got new card

Love jacket. Fits well. Am returning underware. They changed the way it’s made and doesn’t fit. Since I bought it I’ve had to get new card and report some fraud charges. That the reason it took so long. Fraud people said to send this back anyway. I’m so sorry it’s so late.

I am enjoying my new jacket.

I bought this jacket in April 2021.I chose the navy coat ,and my mom likes my jacket. This jacket kept me dry today in the rain and warm. Today, weather was about 55 to 57 degrees out in Washington. I haven't try it in 40 degree weather ,but I am hoping it will keep me warm also.

I had high hopes but this jacket wasn't all that

Eh...I was dissapointed. Its a beautiful jacket but the sleeves are too short and tight in the shoulders. Fits great everywhere else. Also, with how heavy this jacket is I expected more warmth, The hood is too tight and I can't wear my hat with the hood at the same time. Sadly, will be returning this.

love my coat

warmest, beautiful, great fitted coat, I'm a 38DD, and the XL fits perfect, I think the coat does run big but worked for me, I bought the dark navy and love it with jeans etc, great for an everyday coat, love the so soft pocket linning

Upset

3 stars belt missing. I saw this coat in store (didn't have my size) and instantly fell in love with it the belt being a key factor, which is why I'm upset because I ordered the coat online and it arrived without the belt.

Warm and Comfortable

I love this coat but you should go up one size, great color and material, worth the price and definitely recommended!

Great coat

I'm 178 and 5'4 with a 40D bust. The coat fits amazing and shapely even without the belt which is probably due to the extra zipper in the chest and mid-section area. Only problem was I can't wear anything other than a t-shirt underneath. I had to go up to a size large instead and I hope it'll still fit the same. The coat was really warm even with just a short sleeve shirt underneath.
