Bad Buttons

I have had 2 buttons come off in the year I’ve owned this jacket- the first one came off within the first couple weeks- my size was no longer available so I just didn’t use that button. It still managed to come off on its own later- and then the second button came off later in the season.. I really regret not returning as I’m now needing to go purchase another coat.. the coat is warm and cute- but with the missing buttons, i won’t be wearing it when I go out and about.
