Unpleasantly Wrinkled and Tousled Arriva

Regrettably, the item was met with disappointment as the wrap arrived not only with fur in disarray but also extensively wrinkled. It seems that inadequate packaging may have contributed to both the fur being tousled and the overall condition of the item. A more careful approach to packaging should be implemented to ensure products arrive in optimal condition. I'm thinking about returning it, as I had hoped to present it as a thoughtful gift.
