Pretty Comforter

The colors of this comforter are more muted than expected but it still looks good in my bedroom. It was pretty wrinkled when unpacked so hope it straightens out soon. I can steam it if needed. I loved the fact that is was vacuumed packed so it shipped in a smaller box.

Poor quality

The picture of this comforter looked so beautiful and when I received it looked beautiful. The problem after you wash it some of the squares look dingy and faded!! Very disappointed!!

Laura Ashley Harper Queen Set

Verrry disappointing. Queen comforter is small on my queen bed. always looks like it needs tugging or ironing. I even called their New York office headquarters to no avail. beautiful but wouldn’t recommend it & won’t buy it again

Macys.com quality control needs improvement.

I purchased this comforter through Macys.com and upon arrival noticed a long black hair through the clear packaging. I didn’t open it, returned it and ordered another. The second comforter arrived. Colors appear faded and comforter smells like perfume or perfumed laundry soap. Was this previously used, laundered and returned? Macy’s.com your quality control needs improvement. Rating this comforter with 1 star as I keep receiving items of subpar quality.

DO NOT DRY

Very pretty - finally went to put it on my bed for spring - decided to wash and dry it first and the dust ruffle completely disintegrated. It says you can dry it on low heat - do not believe it and NEVER put the dust ruffle in the dryer EVER!

Bigger in Pic

Don't go by picture. The pic is a queen size bed with a King size comforter. It's pretty but after washing the wrinkles don't come out. I washed the pillow shams and now they need to be ironed. The colors are pretty but I wouldn't buy again.
