What is happening to customer service these days?

Never received my shipment after several live conversations when they kept extending the delivery date. I finally told them just to cancel the order and was told I couldn’t do that either - I can only return it once I get it. So now it’s in limbo. I may get it some day, after I’m dead and gone. So disappointing, Macys!
