Natural Looking

I ditched the brush that came with the powder foundation. The primer was not part of the package, it wasn't with the powder and brush.

Missing primer

Ordered this during Black Friday. It never shipped. They refunded me and I had to pay more to have it resent. Then it arrived with no primer! What a scam!

No Primer

I was going to contact Macy’s support, but it looks like it wouldn’t matter, but I did not receive primer either with my make up kit as I don’t really spend this kind of money on cosmetics that often I am very disappointed. I hope you are able toreconcile it somehow. Thanks a lot Macy’s.

Only received 2 of the 3 in this set

Like other reviews, I did not receive the primer, only the brush and powder. How can you ship only 2 of 3 products to so many and not communicate a reason for the shortage? Very disappointed in Macy's.

Missing Item 2x

Only received the foundation & brush, not the primer. Contacted support who had me return the kit and sent out a replacement order. The replacement order was also missing the primer. Like another reviewer commented, I’ve given up. Given the numerous reviews here stating the primer is missing, I doubt it would come with a 3rd try.
