Best eyeliner for hooded eyes

Laura Geller kajal eyeliner is the only one I’ve found that works for my hooded eyes. It does not transfer and stay all day. Live it!!

The Perfect Eyeliner

This is the best eyeliner I’ve ever tried. It’s soft. Goes on so easy. You can fix any smudges. And it seems to set so that it doesn’t smudge or run off until you take it off. Comes in a variety of shades. It’s perfect. I’ll never use anything else.

Disappointing quality

The color of this eyeliner is interesting. It has a little bit of a shimmer to it which I normally don't like, but it is subtle. I find it difficult to use. It is a very fat, thick point, and although it comes with a sharpener, I find that some of it sticks inside the sharpener making it impossible to get a sharp point and a mess to clean out. I won't be buying again. I have used many Laura Geller products, and this is the first time I've been disappointed.
