Flakes during application

I resisted buying a revlon at the grocery store in hopes the quality of this would be better. The brown which I needed the most and others t are somewhat frosty/metallic and flake off the brush during application ending up all under the eye (I have high quality bobbi brown brushes so that's not the issue.) Unfortunately I didnt open this to use right away so now that i have, it's beyond the return window or i would def return.

NOT A FAN

There was very little difference in these colors, the pigment was very light on ALL shades, they did NOT build well and there is not enough depth in this palette for me, i was very disappointed.
