Poor Quality

I have heard a lot about Laura Geller baked eyeshadows and was excited to purchase this palette. I read some reviews saying that there were a few broken pieces. What I didn’t expect was that the product I was sent has 4 missing eyeshadows….not broken, no pieces in the box, they are just missing. I don’t know if this product is old or if the quality control was missing but whatever the case, it is a mark against the brand and Macy’s. If you see this palette for sale through Macy’s, don’t buy it. You will be disappointed.
