    • Caviar Extravagant Mascara:
    • Apply starting at base of lashes from underneath
    • Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to tips
    • Repeat as necessary
    • Caviar Tightline Eyeliner:
    • For lash line application, use pencil along the upper lash line; hold it horizontally, keeping long side of tip flat against the lid; apply in short strokes to keep application close to lashes
    • For tightline application, press pencil softly on lid and lift gently back into eye crease; use in between lashes using a dot-and-wiggle motion
    • For waterline application, apply pencil directly to lower and/or upper waterline

Love this pencil

But it doesn’t sharpen worth a flip. The lead is too soft. Color is perfect stays on all day. Just wish I could get thr factory point back on it

It's important to try before you buy. Received a sample of this lash builder and liked it better than what I had been using. Builds lashes,excellent for building bottom lashes plus the brush highlights by curling. Very natural looking
