Strong and longlasting fragrance

I like to apply it at night so that I get the nice lingering fragrance overnight and in the morning. It could be quite strong to apply it during the day because the scent is very strong and some people might not like it due to its heavy/musky scent. (Especially during the summer) I was first introduced by the fresh fig line when someone gave me the fresh fig hand cream as a gift. I first hated it then I gradually fell in love with the middle/base note. I don't wear other perfumes when I'm using this product because the scent is strong on its own. I still do think that the name is a bit misleading because it doesn't have that "fresh" scent most people think of.

Perfect Cream

Laura Mercier's products are always top of the line.... this one is no exception. No need for perfume when wearing this cream. Thick, but not too thick in consistency. Better than any other body lotions I have tried.

Bought this as a gift

I bought this for my son's girlfriend for Christmas, it smelled divine. I tried it on, hmmm there was something really nice about this body butter, so nice in fact, I went back and bought the Almond-Coconut for myself. It is so creamy and thick yet absorbs beautifully. It has a matching hand cream you can buy for your handbag. Got that for both of us too. Big improvement for my very dry skin.

Lovely product!

Similar to Laura Mercier's other body butters, this one does not disappoint! The body butter goes on smoothly, and has an inviting and clean, fresh scent. Don't be surprised if people comment on how lovely you smell!
