    • Use this versatile formula to precisely line, define and fill or smudge, smoke and blend
    • Lash Line: Apply along the upper lash line; hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid, which makes it easy to see where the line is being placed; apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes
    • Tight Line: Press softly on the eyelid and lift gently back into the eye crease, which will clearly reveal bottom of the lash line; apply in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motion, which creates the look of lush, thick lashes
    • Water Line: Apply directly to lower and/or upper water line; for a softer look, line only the upper water line; for maximum definition, line both the upper and lower water lines
    • Pro Tip: For a more precise application, sharpen before use; if needed, use a flat eyeliner brush to diffuse formula between lashes or drag out for a crisp winged line

meh

not impressed. smears. just go get something at the drugstore, it’s creamy so if you want an eyeliner to use as n eyeshadow base this will work, plus, I bought two items but only one was in the package, to their credit they corrected the error in record time which was impressive

Gorgeous colors

Good, but smudges

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) i bought this eyeliner because some of the reviews were good. It goes on well, but it smudges on my lower lid! I put powder around the eye area & it still leaves a dark ring.

This Laura Mercer Tightline Eyeliner is the Best eyeliner I have ever used ! Glides on easily, Caviar is a beautiful color enhancing my green eyes, stays most of a full day with no smearing off yet comes off easily when washing my face. Fast ship!!! I have found my perfect eyeliner !!!
