    • Lash Line: Apply along the upper lash line; hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid, which makes it easy to see where the line is being placed; apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes
    • Tight Line: Press softly on the eyelid and lift gently back into the eye crease, which will clearly reveal bottom of the lash line; apply in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motion, which creates the look of lush, thick lashes
    • Water Line: Apply directly to lower and/or upper water line; for a softer look, line only the upper water line; for maximum definition, line both the upper and lower water lines

Too thick for tightline

This didn’t work for me. After the first time or two it is too thick to make an actual tightline. If you don’t mind a thicker line it would be fine.

THEE BEST EYELINER!

I was looking for a blue eyeliner pencil and found this one a LM. It is so smooth & such a beautiful color. Not too bright, but just right. I am older and need a pencil that glides on and this is it! Gorgeous! I highly recommend LM Caviar Tightline Eyeliner for a beautiful look. So worth the money too.
